Shipping and Returns:

SHIPPING

Most orders received before 2pm EST are shipped the same business day, orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday or Federal Holidays.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days we do not offer exchange nor refunds on purchased items. In order to receive a refund, your items must be unused and in the original packaging in which the item was received. We require proof of purchase on all items to be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return items they will be inspected and a refund will be issued (if applicable).  If the refund is approved it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available on sale priced items.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items and are to be exchanged for the original purchased items.

SHIPPING RETURNS

All shipping costs are non-refundable with the return shipping cost being deducted from your total refund amount.

Exchange item shipping times may vary depending on your location.

For returns over $100, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or insurance on through your selected shipping service.
